Session 02 - Living in Our Heads

The Thoughts and Feelings Exercise
For this exercise, you will need some writing material – like a paper and a pencil. Find a quiet spot with not many distractions around you. Place the paper and pencil beside you and be seated in a comfortable position. Allow your back to be straight but try not to feel tense. You may be seated on a chair with your feet squarely on the ground or even sit on the ground with your legs crossed. Whatever helps you feel relaxed.
