Sitting Meditation
For seated meditation, find a quiet and peaceful spot. You may sit comfortably on the floor, on a mat or cushion or on a chair – whatever best suits you. If you choose to sit on a chair, do not lean on a back rest. Make sure your spine and neck are erect and in line with each other. Allow yourself to be relaxed in your posture. Gently drop your shoulders so you feel more at ease.
