Moods, Thoughts and Alternate Viewpoints Exercise
Before you begin this exercise, you may keep some writing material – like a paper and a pencil ready. Find a quiet spot with not many distractions around you. Place the paper and pencil beside you and be seated in a comfortable position. Let your posture be straight but relaxed. You may be seated on a chair or on the ground; as long as you feel comfortable.
