Our Program

How does it work?

An eight-week program has been designed to help you build your expertise in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. Each session attempts to equip you with the necessary tools to face your daily stressors and grow as an individual. Additionally, there are guided and unguided practice exercises that will help you materialize what you have learnt. As you work through the program, you can try to practice the sessions periodically to sharpen your skill and enhance your ability.
